Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

Description
Under general supervision, provides coordination of service and logistics for Climax Molybdenum external and internal domestic customers. Positively represents the organization’s products and services to customers and new prospects while providing sales contract administration for sales and marketing functions. Primarily responsible for scheduling purchases and arranging shipments of molybdenum finished goods products from various plants. Collaborates with global planners, production facilities, transportation, and external customers to ensure finished products are delivered that meet contracted customer specifications.
- Creates and maintains customer relationships through daily interactions
- Receive and review customer orders to accept, amend, or reject based on contract requirements and product availability. Processes using SAP to enter sales orders and manage contracts.
- Schedules shipments of products per customers request coordinating with various supply chain functions, to include Sales, Operations, Planning, and internal or external logistics.
- Maintains customer’s records in SAP Master Data to support Sales and Forecasting systems. Confirms forecasting matches customer requirements and adjusts accordingly through proper channels.
- Coordinates with global planners to ensure product availability at Climax operations and external warehouses.
- Prepares invoices, audits for accuracy, and sends to customers when shipment is completed.
- Assists credit management with remittance when necessary.
- Monitor acutal vs. forecasted sales; assists sales manager in achieving sales goals by maintaining accurate records and delivery schedules.
- Perform other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years experience in sales, transportation, customer service, accounting, or similar work environment which requires high customer satisfaction;
OR - High School diploma or GED AND five (5) years of experience in sales, transportation, customer service, accounting, or similar work environment which requires high customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and self-managed while delivering measurable results
- Strong problem solving skills including critical and evaluative thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and other Cloud based systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP enterprise resource planning experience with order-to-cash modules with forecasting a plus.
Criteria/Conditions:
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment or off-site professional office
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $64,000-$87,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
