What You Will Do
In this role, you are primarily responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational support of the 530 Adams property in Summit County and the Muddy Creek property in Grand County. You serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinate property management activities with third-party vendors, and ensure smooth building operations, tenant compliance, and responsiveness to emergencies at these properties, while also supporting facilities management across the broader Colorado housing portfolio, including Lake County.
- As the Facilities and Property Management Coordinator, you will manage facilities for Summit and Grand County units applying knowledge of boilers, HVAC, fire suppression, and water systems and assisting with facility management across the Colorado housing portfolio.
- Cross-train with the Property Management Specialist to provide coverage, perform evictions and deliver notices of lease violations, record lease violations and communicate them to the Property Management Specialist.
- Assist with general utilization of the 530 Adams facility including training room use, serve as the main point of contact for Summit and Grand County tenants.
- Manage day-to-day activities of property management companies and contractors and coordinate tenant access for Summit and Grand County units.
What You Bring To Freeport
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED, supplemented by advanced leadership training; OR
- Education up to and including a Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field.
- At least three (3) years of related rental management experience, building and construction.
- Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and laws pertaining to property and asset management, rental and lease agreements.
- Knowledge of techniques of contract administration.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures of record keeping and reporting.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, such as boilers, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications preferred or licensure in real estate or property management.
- Experience with property management
- Knowledge of housing law and regulations
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and water systems
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Detail oriented
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $65,000-$90,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
