Description
Manage and oversee all aspects of company owned businesses in Bagdad, including the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station. Responsible for customer service, marketing, supervision and development of staff, budgeting, sales projections, and reporting of financial results. Creates and implements the business strategic plans for each operation.
- Oversees daily management of company owned businesses including financial reporting, safety performance, staffing, and customer service level
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station to ensure customer satisfaction, business efficiency and profitability with continuous improvement
- Analyzes data and presents information to management regarding sales results and productivity
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of operational control, quality control, health and safety, and customer service
- Investigates and resolves quality issues and service complaints
- Controls inventory levels and manages food, liquor, fuel and labor costs as well as business and liquor licenses
- Develops leadership and business capabilities of business supervisors
- Evaluates employee performance, provides feedback, coaching and development to employees
- Sets the annual budget, reviews year-over-year and month-to-month sales history and provides feedback to sales to labor estimates using knowledge of business trends
- Performs other duties as requested
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor' s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or other related degree and four (4) years of related Management experience; OR
- High school diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of Management experience in a full service, casual dining concept restaurant
- Ability to obtain the Arizona Liquor Law Basic Certificate of Completion, complete the Title 4 (Arizona Liquor Law) Management Training Course and obtain the Management Certificate of Completion
- High levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid relationship management and performance management skills
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Passion and commitment to guest service
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $73,500-$101,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
