Description

Under general direction, responsible for the coordination and control of company owned businesses in Bagdad, Arizona.

  • Responsible to develop, implement and maintain daily operational procedures with appropriate checks and balances.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by working with Supply Chain to develop contracts.
  • Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of related experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience

Preferred:

  • Experience as supervisor in restaurant or hospitality

What We Offer You

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $56,000-$77,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process. What We Require
