Description
Provide solutions architecting and project management functions for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, and serve as a liaison with the business to define requirements and translate them into automation solutions. Analyze existing and/or proposed business processes, documents, information, and workflows. Identify opportunities in the following areas: business process redesign, information/data management, systems design/configuration, and continuous improvement. Utilize appropriate strategies and methodologies to implement, integrate, and optimize Identity solutions that support business operations objectives, corporate initiatives, and compliance requirements.
- Ensures system analysis designs and process maps are documented and communicated with MIS and Business Stakeholders. Works closely with business areas globally, define business-centric Identity requirements and evaluate available and/or custom configuration solution options. Using Agile methodologies, collaborates on driving IAM platform strategy, applications, and change management.
- Collaborates with internal and external teams to identify key suppliers, strategic alliances, and process improvement opportunities. Works with business process owners to understand tactical and strategic plans to support business processes and operations. Contributes to Data architecture, application access governance, and audit/compliance.
- Leads the analysis of business users’ systems access, and defines role-, attribute-, and policy-based systems access solutions. Works with all the MIS platform project teams on integrating IAM into building and deploying business systems solutions. Actively participates in testing, documentation, deployment, and training.
- Understands MIS-related user satisfaction issues related to IAM systems and processes; communicates and collaborates on issues resolution. Partners with production support team on systems configuration, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provides leadership within the project teams that supports and promotes MIS strategies that aligns with business processes and operations. Collaborates with MIS communications/marketing team to develop end-user communications and training.
- Stays current on new business process and emerging cloud technologies. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in an Information Services Processing Technology field; OR
- Associates degree and five (5) years of experience in an Information Services Processing Technology field; OR
- High School diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years of experience in an Information Services Processing Technology field.
- Ability to be effective while working independently, as part of a team, in an office setting, remotely, or at an operational location.
- Familiar with identity governance administration and application access management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with identity management, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and policy-based access control (PBAC).
- Exposure to project management and agile practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Online (O365/M365) environment including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Whiteboard, Delve, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience Working in project teams and working with Developers, Architects, and Business Customers.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to identify, analyze and gather solution requirements.
- Experience analyzing business processes and using requirements to develop common data models.
- Experience contributing on multiple small- to medium-scale information technology projects, including defining scope, creating work plans, resolving issues, monitoring progress and reporting status.
- Experience with Visio and project management software (MSProject, Planner, DevOps).
Criteria/Conditions:
- Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator. Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
