Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

What You Will Do
Under general supervision, you research, analyze and maintain the HR management system in support of all Global HR organizations and projects while serving as liaison with HR management system support IT staff in resolving HRMS and related problems.
- In this role, you develop and create specifications for system interfaces and/or reports, develop data mappings for employee data conversions, and process employee information by developing audit procedures to ensure the integrity of employee records in the HR management system and data repository.
- You monitor HR information needs and design new or modify existing processes to meet changing HR requirements, determine user needs and coordinate HR management system functionality, and establish processes while monitoring system integration for effectiveness.
- You conduct fit-gap analysis of HR management system functionality with current processes and make recommendations for optimization, provide end user support including evaluating, testing and documenting system functionality, and research, track and resolve HRMS-related issues for timely resolution.
- You prepare HR management system test scripts, conduct user acceptance tests, and serve as liaison with user communities on special projects while providing system-related advice and recommendations.
- You evaluate and analyze user requests on batch data loads, recommend optimal methodologies, create test scripts, perform system tests and data validations prior to coordinating data load into the production environment, and perform other duties as requested.
What You Bring To Freeport
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Information Systems, closely related field or equivalent experience/education and at least three (3) years of Human Resources related experience including at least one (1) years of experience using a HRMS as a subject matter expert; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and at least seven (7) years of Human Resources related experience including at least three (3) years of experience using a HRMS as a subject matter expert.
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $75,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
