Where You Will Work    

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person when needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. Employees can work remotely from most states in the U.S., with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits. 

Description

Plan, direct and ensure all aspects of integrated materials storage, receipt, issue, ordering, inventory, container management, and requirement definitions for capital project related materials are executed in a consistent manner globally. Oversee individual project materials organizations to ensure project objectives of safety, scope, cost, and schedule are met.
 
  • Participate in the development of project Materials Execution Plans for each project, outlining strategies, processes, and staff requirements
  • Develop consistent reports of material status for projects
  • Participate in logistics planning and execution, including packing, inspections, and transit of capital goods
  • Develop tracking controls systems to ensure efficient execution of projects
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leads to ensure compliance to site requirements, and optimum utilization of resources and staff
  • Ensure critical materials and supplies are accurately and safely stored and issued to construction personnel as needed
  • Oversee effectiveness of project materials staff and report to project management improvement opportunities
  • Oversee system interface (receiving, storing, issuing) accuracy to ensure compliance and excellent material accuracy
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years experience in inventory management, systems & project management and analysis projects required, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and ten (10) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required, OR
  • Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and eight (8) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required

 

 

Criteria/Conditions

 

  • Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
  • Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Must be accessible 24/7 for emergency customer service issues
  • Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
  • Must be able to frequently, sit, stand, and walk
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $110,000-$155,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation considerations based on company and individual performance.  Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration.  Long-term incentives are contingent upon authorized approval under the terms and conditions of the Company's plan and award agreements.  More details will be shared during the hiring process. Click here to view a sample of Total Rewards Estimate for this role.
