Where You Will Work   

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. Employees working on a flexible schedule collaborate online and in-person at our Collaboration Hub at the Cotton Center in Phoenix. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

What You Will Do

Responsible for delivering and implementing learning experiences that build workforce capability aligned to defined learning pathways, programs, and business priorities. Leads the execution of learning through high-quality facilitation, coaching, and operational delivery across environments. Operating within the broader Strategic Workforce Development system, this role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of learning delivery across sites, ensuring learning is delivered as designed, applied on the job, and supported by capable instructors and facilitators.

  • Deliver and facilitate engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, field-based, digital, blended, and on-the-job training environments, ensuring learners can effectively apply new skills and knowledge to their work.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate instructors and facilitators to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery aligned with learning objectives, performance expectations, and established standards.
  • Build strong relationships with learners, adapt facilitation techniques to meet audience needs, encourage participation and collaboration, and effectively manage group dynamics to support successful learning outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and reinforcement that strengthen skill development, promote knowledge transfer, and support the application of learning in the workplace.
  • Establish and maintain delivery standards and processes that ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across locations, programs, instructors, and learning experiences.
  • Plan and coordinate training operations, including scheduling, instructor capacity, resource readiness, logistics, and stakeholder engagement, to meet business and workforce needs.
  • Partner with site leadership, SMEs, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure learning solutions remain relevant, drive performance improvement, and support continuous improvement through feedback and evaluation.

What You Bring To Freeport

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning roles, including lead, supervisory, or some management experience; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years significant experience delivering and facilitating training programs; including lead, supervisory, or some management experience.
  • Experience delivering and facilitating learning in operational, technical, field-based, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills that create engaging, learner-centered experiences and adapt to audience needs while effectively managing group dynamics.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles with the ability to connect learning to job performance, coach learners, and reinforce skill application.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster trust, and respond to learner needs.
  • Ability to manage training schedules, logistics, and competing priorities while maintaining effective coordination in dynamic operational environments.
  • Experience developing and coaching instructors and facilitators, influencing stakeholders, and partnering across Talent Management, Design, and Evaluation teams for successful learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading learning delivery teams and supporting training programs in operational, technical, industrial, mining, or field-based environments.
  • Experience partnering with instructional design, evaluation, Talent Management, and operational leadership teams.
  • Certification or formal training in facilitation, adult learning, instructional delivery, coaching, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of learning delivery standards, facilitation best practices, and adult learning methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and coach instructors to improve delivery quality and learning effectiveness.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to align learning solutions with workforce and business needs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to leverage feedback to enhance learning outcomes and delivery performance.

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $112,000 - $160,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
