Where You Will Work    

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with the network operations team to maintain and enhance the performance and availability of enterprise network infrastructure, including data, video, voice, and wireless systems. Participate in developing installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures, and assist in implementing new technologies while minimizing outages and ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct service analysis, respond to escalated issues, and work with internal teams and external providers to ensure effective delivery. Execute planned maintenance, configure and support network equipment, and interface with business users to define communication requirements. Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To Freeport

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field + four (4) years of experience in information network services

OR

  • High school diploma or GED + eight (8) years of experience in information network services 
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure design and support concepts
  • Experience managing technical implementation of network projects
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in networking with Cisco routers and switches
  • Cisco switch/route certification, ENCOR preferred. Substantiated experience may substitute
  • Experience with routing technologies including OSPF and BGP protocols
  • Experience with Load Balancing and WAN optimization
  • Experience with network monitoring tools, preferably Catalyst Center
  • Troubleshooting experience and working knowledge of troubleshooting tools including packet capture and analysis

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $93,000-$130,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
