Please note:  This position has the possibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time.  The position will require occasional travel to the Phoenix corporate offices and/or site locations.  This position may be performed anywhere in the U.S. except California, New Hampshire, Michigan, Illinois and New York.  Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors.  Should the position shift to in-office work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time should the position meet the established eligibility for these benefits.


Oversee global system support and testing (SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP LE, SAP QM, SAP Pricing, CRMS, LIMS and Business Objects), manage and participate in global system projects and process improvement projects, manage reporting, data enrichment and sales analysis activities.


  • Lead and participate in projects and initiatives focused on developing and implementing new or enhanced sales and distribution processes, systems and technologies across the company, leveraging industry best practices for Commercial Sales initiatives
  • Triage support tickets for requests and issues relative to, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP LE, SAP QM, CRMS, LIMS, Business Objects and overall Sales processes
  • Transform customer requirements into a design at the functional and technical level; manage appropriate action based on proposed solutions
  • Design, develop and manage global business processes and improvements for the commercial systems user community
  • Communicate solutions and plans on system enhancements and/or alternatives
  • Manage the design, testing, training and deployment of complex SAP solutions and other application activities
  • Create detailed SAP configuration design documents that support the complex solutions
  • Configure SAP, prototype proposed solutions and perform business scenario testing
  • Perform functional administration duties for SAP modules, including SAP formula and average pricing, managing SAP master data and system integration, and ensure custom forms meet business and government standards
  • Collaborate on, or implement new or enhanced processes as needed
  • Provide support and guidance to global organizations in North America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe in the areas of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP LE, SAP QM, CRMS, LIMS, Business Objects and overall Commercial Sales processes
  • Serve as a reporting and data liaison for Commercial Sales which requires advanced user capabilities in Business Objects and MS Excel
  • Perform specialized analysis related to Sales topics, may research and recommend alternate techniques, best practices or strategies
  • Ensure SOX compliance by all sites to various Sales policies as documented by the Sales and Marketing organization
  • Perform other duties as required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline and seven (7) years of combined experience in SAP, Business Process Analysis, System & Project Management required; OR
  • Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline and five (5) years of combined experience in SAP, Business Process Analysis, System & Project Management required
  • Knowledge of contract to cash strategies, concepts and processes, including material production, inventory management, transportation, quality management, sales and pricing
  • Advanced skills in multiple SAP modules including Sales and Distribution (SD), formula and average pricing, Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) and Quality Management (QM)
  • Ability to understand custom applications and the integration between the custom application and SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects and drive results independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Skill in the use of computer databases to research, maintain and update records and files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to use data to problem-solve process related issues preferred
  • Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present material in a group setting
  • Skill in working with various software applications, including word processing, presentations, databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal capability and ability to work cross functionally and across divisions
  • Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, facsimile machines and photocopier


  • Bi-lingual skills with specific emphasis on Spanish
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales and Operation Planning
  • Proficient in Business Objects
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Master Data and knowledge of how other modules in SAP interact with Sales and Distribution SAP functionality
